What is festus the wrestler?

Festus the wrestler, whose real name is Andrew William Hankinson, is a retired American professional wrestler. He was born on December 22, 1979, in Cumberland, Maryland, and began his career in professional wrestling in 2003. He is best known for his time in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) from 2006 to 2010, where he performed under the ring names Festus and Luke Gallows.

After leaving WWE in 2010, Festus competed in various independent wrestling promotions before returning to WWE in 2016 under his Luke Gallows ring name. He was released from WWE in April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and has since started a podcast with fellow wrestler Karl Anderson called Talk 'N Shop.
